At Furman’s Center for Innovative Leadership, we teach leaders to solve people problems the way your best engineers solve process problems. Participants bring real challenges from their own operation, test solutions on the job and come back to refine them. It’s human-centered design applied to leadership.
Our programs develop leaders from new supervisors through experienced managers, with one-on-one coaching for managers. For senior leaders, we co-designed our strategic leadership experience with BMW Performance Driving Schools.
Milliken started with us through a few leadership workshops. Today, our partnership spans leadership development across all levels of the company. Milliken’s employee scores for skill development opportunities now sit above external benchmarks, a result Milliken partly credits to our outside perspective.
